The house and view are amazing. The location worked well for us. But sadly, there was a LOT of deferred maintenance that impacted our stay. I sent a list of 20 items to the owner and he's working on them. But that didn't help our stay. Luckily we had only 3 couples and were able to change bedrooms since one of the bathroom showers didn't work.

Wonderful stay for in spacious Sonoma view property
We had a wonderful 7-day holiday stay with 10 adults (4 couples and 2 adult children) during the Christmas holiday. Accommodations were very spacious with large great room and 4 private en-suites. Kitchen was well stocked and great for gourmet cooking with large dining table seating 10. We loved the pool table. West facing sunset views overlooking vineyards were magical. Our host Hugh was great. House rules were simple - enjoy your stay and please respect neighbor's privacy (no outside noise after 9:00pm). Super close to Chalk Hill Road with great wine tasting in Healdsburg. Great hiking nearby. This property is highly recommended.

Awesome long weekend getaway
Four couples traveling to taste wine and get away to California for a long weekend. This home on the hill was a perfect location. Plenty of space to cook and share meals together inside or out on the patio. Beautiful views! The guys enjoyed the hot tub!! Each couple had a bedroom with private bathroom which was ideal!! Would highly recommend!
