Had a great time at Summer lane. We were 10 people of all ages and had 3 dogs. The house gave us enough space to mingle and spend time alone if needed. The house is well stocked and close to restaurants and the beach. Very clean. The host is very quick to respond and take care of any issues we may have. Highly recommend

Excellent house for great vacation!

The house was incredible, clean and comfortable! Walking distance to many food and coffee spots, which made vacation with little ones fun and memorable! The covered pool was a great break and fun from the sun or during cloudy days. Would highly recommend this location for a trip to Santa Rosa! We will certainly be returning.

The residence was exactly as the photos and descriptions stated. It might be nice to have a couple more dish rags and towels available. The smoke detectors went off 4 times one morning, but the repair person was very prompt and courteous. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice home

Furniture in living room could be updated, a little far from the attractions through explore. You will need to rent a car or you will pay a fortune for Ubers if you want to take advantage of parasailing etc. Very nice home and I would stay again. Just a heads up about a rental car because the golf cart won’t get you to attractions which I should of looked into ahead of time.

Great stay

Everything was as listed and as imaged. Beautiful home with plenty of space. The pool and game area was used lots by our 8-12 yr olds. Golf cart was fantastic for trips to the beach and grabbing coffee close by in the mornings. Elevator was tricky. They came out to fix it on a Sunday then we had about 6 hrs before we tripped it again and didn’t bother to have them come back. Bed on main floor does need a new middle slat. I fixed it for the rest of the trip but for sure needs replaced to avoid sleeping lopsided. (I did not call maintenance on this- listing here so they can fix) There are 16 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, umbrellas and sand blankets at the house. Coffee maker needs filters and ground coffee (I left mine but may have to buy if you stay). Also will need to purchase salt, pepper, sugar etc if you plan to cook. (Nothing like that is there) Absolutely an amazing place and would recommend 10/10.

Outstanding beach home!

Every aspect of this property and management is impeccable! Comfortable beds, furnishings. Beautifully decorated. Short walk to beach access, great restaurants and shopping. Management was quick to respond to all communications. Only request would be for more kitchen towels, hot mitts. There was just two kitchen towels and one dishcloth. We bought extra paper towels to use so this isn’t a huge issue. Everything else was well equipped. I will definitely recommend this property & Destin Dreamers to family and friends!

Great location and nice rooms

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was nice and clean and we enjoyed our family being able to spread out on different floors. Really nice pool for our grandkids! A block away from stores, eating and short golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart really came in handy!!

We loved the house. It was a short walk to the beach. The kids really loved having the pool to jump in later in the day. The layout of the house was great for us. It’s nice having restaurants and shops and a grocery store so close by also.

Family time

We travel at this time every year. Family members from Tennessee, Arkansas, and Louisiana. This was by far the best house we have rented. Everything was just as pictured. Will definitely be back next year.

Amazing Santa Rosa Beach

16th Birthday trip for our daughter and 4 of her friends. Space was perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach, but with a golf cart to bring all of our stuff first! Plunge pool perfect for after the beach and in the evening relaxing. Kitchen was awesome! Great place all around!

2023 Family Beach Trip

Stayed at Summer Lane for our family's 2023 beach trip. The house was clean and check in was a breeze. The house was close to the beach and the beach supplies were a great asset. Room set up was great and accommodated everyone without feeling crowded. Covered pool was a nice break from the beach. I highly recommend this property and will certainly consider staying again during future trips.

Breathtaking Beach House

This beach house was so beautiful and clean. Each bed in this six bedroom house was a very good night sleep. The pool was great, but you should get it heated for extra $50 per day. It comes stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The out side balcony has views for the sunsets. The electric golf cart was great for getting to the beach in 2 minutes or you can just walk. The elevator was so great moving supplies for one floor to the next. I would definitely return to Summer Lane.

Response to fix things disappointing

House was very nice I reported things as requested for damage and issues and they did not get fixed. Reported right away that one of the king bed frame was broken so it was leaning. Someone came looked at and nothing was done so family just suffered with that issue for the whole time there. Informed them that pocket door as well did not slide and looked to be off the rails. Informed them that sliding curtain rails seem to be opening which is allowing the curtain supports to fall out. The internet service would come on and drop every day so I ended up using my hot spot so we can watch the tv till the service came back online. We did inform them that we only had 4 wine glasses and was surprise that was all they had in this house and no wine opener. That was crazy since this place came with a wine chiller. They did stop by with opener and 8 more glasses the next day.
