The location and appeal of the property and condo are excellent. However, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator for a lot of our stay. We made 5 trips up 4 flights of stairs upon arrival. We carried a baby and stroller up and down four flights of stairs many times because of a broken elevator. Calling the number given only got a response of that is the HOA concern. I asked for that number but the person answering the phone said I called the right number but he could not fix an elevator. He seemed very bothered that I called. Thank goodness for a sweet resident who often said let me go reset the elevator!?! Seemed to work. Also several outlets would not work in one of the bedrooms. The throws in the den basket were covered in coffee or something. The pedestrian front gate would not open. Another guest at the complex told us we manage we’ll go through the path in the bushes since it hadn’t worked the entire time they had been there. Other than all these things that could be fixed with just a little concern it would have been a great place to stay.

We loved our stay here and were sad to leave! Beautiful condo with the perfect amount of space. Our kids absolutely loved the “hidden” bunks. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and convenient access to the beach. We will definitely book here again!
