We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for our group. Because there was so much seaweed in the gulf, having the private pool was great!!

Perfect location. Easy and close access to the private beach. Loved the Tommy Bahamian beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Comfortable beds…and plenty of sleeping and bathroom spaces for everyone in our group. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants.Cozy kitchen and living room for everyone to gather in. Several issues addressed promptly by management. Gated community….so felt super safe and no one could access the beach area unless they were staying in one of the properties in the cullesac.

Good to get away

First time we stayed in this area and enjoyed the beach and area in general. Especially enjoyed the bike paths as we love biking.

Wonderful repeat stay!

Great for families with kids!

We had a wonderful time with five kids ages 2-8. The pool was perfect and the beach access was great. The kids loved the house and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. Would love to stay here again!

Great trip!

This house is perfect to get away to and be close to Seaside but not be stuck in the middle of all the chaos. The beach is extremely close and having your own pool is an excellent benefit.

Perfect family beach getaway!

Stayed at property after originally booking in May and rescheduling for October. Great location, nice private beach area, and only a few steps from the beach. House had everything we needed and would love to come back again!!
