Welcome to our "Seaside Treehouse". This unique beautifully house is available to you. This home is only one block to the Dune Allen Beach and a few minutes walk to Stinky's Fish Restaurant. This home offer 3 bedrooms, 1 bonus room and 2 full bathrooms. 3 Queen beds and 1 twin bed available to you, so there's a place for everyone. You can relax on the front and back of deck after a day of fun on the beach. Our Living room with big TV and sofas. A brand-new refrigerator, and a new electric stove round out a full-service kitchen of oven, stove-top, microwave, coffee makers (individual and pots), and a fully stocked set of plates, silverware, and cooking pots and pans. Enjoy an "Endless Summer" in this beautiful, inviting 3 bedroom retreat. Only 1 mile to Gulf Place/Shunk Gulley, and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just one mile too!

The property could have been better maintained. We had an issue with the shower disconnecting and water spraying everywhere. The beds were horrible and the grounds are not maintained well…cocleburrs everywhere. The positive is that the host allowed us to move to another property of hers and it was 100% better.

The outside needs a little update, but the inside is pretty nice. I didn’t like the fact that there are 2 keys in a lock box instead of a keypad, because anyone could make a copy of the key and have access to the house. I was there with my 17 and 11 year old daughters by ourselves, so I was not comfortable with them staying in the front two rooms right by the front door which only had a deadbolt lock no handle lock, and it opened outwards so you couldn’t secure it. There are barely any bowls and plates, and no bowls to store food in if there are leftovers. There is also no toaster, so you can’t toast bread or make strudels or pop tarts for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! It says pet friendly, but there is no grass for your dog to use the restroom, and she doesn’t tell you ahead of time that your animal is not allowed on the couch or beds just as a heads up. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. There’s a little bit of a hill, but we walked to the beach every time.

WiFi did not work and was not fixable. Host was not offering a refund after the window would not shut and she said we couldn’t open windows after the fact. Zero help on getting anything fixed. We had to leave the house and book somewhere different. Absolutely never stay here and don’t let this host rob you of your money like she did to us.
