It did seem like it had not been cleaned recently when we got there. There was a ring around the toilet in the guest bathroom on the main level and tiny dead bugs in the bathtub of one of the upstairs bathrooms. The back porch was pretty dirty. I understand about pollen, but it clearly had not been wiped down at all. All of the furniture except the living room couch was really cheap (IKEA or worse) and the bedsheets were the same. The dishwasher racks needed to be secured and fell out when loading or unloading. There was lots of room and we loved that. Lots of space for parking. It was a long walk to the beach but doable. Overall, for such a big, nice house, it felt that the value wasn't there overall.
