Great Condo

We had a wonderful vacation in this beach front property.

Amazing location but unit needs work

This is our 3rd time staying at One Seagrove Place so we are quite familiar with the beach, unit layout, and the amazing view that cannot be beat! Now onto the unit itself - pros it was very clean upon arrival and the views from the balcony are incredible. Con’s- the furniture is too big for the unit. Main bedroom has nightstands turned on its sides to fit and blocks part of the bathroom doorway. There was a large recliner chair positioned in front of the couch that I had to move furniture to even sit on the couch. The couches are stained and dirty, the ceiling was peeling, there was a shredded unusable door mat, two of the drawers were broken on the dresser in the front bedroom, master bathroom toilet was loose, and mold forming on one of the vents. I mentioned a lot of these concerns on day 1 to which the company sent someone to take a look and didn’t even tell us to which he let himself in while I was there with my napping child. Would not stay in this unit again as I’ve stayed at others within the same building that were better maintained.

No elevator -long wait & 1 parking spot

1 elevator working for 120 units = LONG waits and 1 parking space allowed. Would have been nice to know beforehand. The furniture is oversized for the unit. King Bed was hard and pillows were flat (bring your own). Everything else was great. Front desk was very nice. Views were fabulous. We enjoyed everything about the property except the LONG waits for the elevator.
