A truly phenomenal home. We really enjoyed the week. Great location, comfortable beds, lovely home and peaceful neighborhood. Simply excellent. Staying more than 2 days requires reinforcements of toilet paper, dishwasher/laundry pods, shampoo, paper towels, soap, etc…We absolutely would return to this property. Amazing home!

Our yearly family vacay couldn’t have been any better than it was at Attitude Adjustment! Not only was it an incredibly beautiful home, decorated to the “T”, but, felt very homey and comfortable! It checked all the boxes on our wish list. Must have 3 full bathes, accommodate bedrooms for 5 adults and our 2 young grandchildren, and a 6 person golf cart. The front porch, outdoor shower and privacy were extras! Not to mention the front porch, outdoor shower and privacy, those were bonuses! Since we flew in from Dallas metroplex, we were so appreciative that the house was already clean and able to check in early. The only drawback was that there is a bare minimum of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/filers/sugar/creamer for one night and NO salt or paper. However, we would definitely stay here again!! BYW, the restaurants all close at 9pm.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at the house! Exactly as described! My 4 year old loved the bunk room! And the golf cart was so nice! We had everything we needed and were about a mile from the seaside square. I forgot to bring salt and pepper and sugar with me. So just fyi to bring that stuff with you. The communication was super simple and they made check in/out easy! We loved it!

Greast house! Upon arrival the home had not been cleaned due to a scheduling glitch. The property manager was responsible and handled the issue quickly and professionally. She also included VISA gift card for our trouble.

Beautiful Home & Great Location

Very well-maintained home & very conveniently located. We were a short bike ride away/golf cart drive from the town center of Seaside. Super cute town with shops & restaurants nearby. The neighborhood that the home is located in is nice, not over-sized and had two pools to use plus a walking trail. Pinkie did a good job with providing information to making access to the house easy. I would highly recommend this property for your next trip to Seaside :)

High quality house

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Attitude Adjustment is a wonderful cottage just a short walk from the beach. We found it to be comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our family of five had a great "beach week" here and enjoyed both the beach and the easy access to downtown Seaside. A truly wonderful property.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great, it was clean, and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. There was an issue with the golf cart and we got a quick response. I would definitely return for another stay.

Beautiful home! Communication lacking.

Beautiful house and amenities. Great location for a long weekend getaway with groceries and the beach within five minutes. Golf cart was very handy. The check in process and communication with the management company could have been better. We didn’t receive a gate code for the neighborhood or the lock box code. Hopefully this was just because it was a busy holiday weekend. Overall, great stay.

Family Getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It superceded our expectations....even with the raining weather it was a nice time for us to play games, dine and enjoy our Adult children. The accessibility to everything, (beach, grocery store, resturants and most of all shopping) was awesome! Plus the added privacy, which is a Must for my Husband. It Met everyone's check list. Lovely, but….

We had a wonderful stay and the house suited us perfectly. However, just a few comments…. The ice maker did not work and the house needed some cleaning. It was dusty and not cleaned well especially in the bunk room (there was sand and crumbs around the mattress). The top sheet was not on the beds in the bunk room and needed to be made. I did call the property manager when we arrived to mention that there was a crack in one of the plastic trays on the left side inside the refridge - didn’t want to to be charged for it. Hope they got the message. We loved the neighborhood but the pool was dirty and the walk to the beach and Seaside was much further that we had hoped. We were glad to have the golf cart (which also could use some attention).
