Management company poor responsiveness

Before arrival, it took the management company weeks to respond to messages/questions. We reserved this property because it had a golf cart included. Upon our arrival, the golf cart was dead and blocking the driveway so we couldn’t park both vehicles in the driveway. After a couple of messages back and forth with the management company yielded no results. It took two days before they sent anyone to fix the cart, which occurred around 1 pm on the third day (while we were at the beach). Checkout for us was the next day so it was effectively useless at this point. When I requested a credit for the golf cart being unavailable, the management company became unresponsive again.

Great spring great stay

Our group consisted of my husband and me with our 4 teenagers. The house was just the right size for us to have our own space away from the kids (and vice versa) when needed, and just enough bathroom space for everyone. The included golf cart was great to head to the beach or downtown when needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the pools were very convenient. Neither pool was heated and no hot tubs, which made it too chilly for us to use this time of year. But at a warmer date they would be great.

We had a great time and the house was perfect. Property management was very responsive. Having the golf cart was amazing! Even though the weather wasn't great, we still had a great time and plan to rent this house again for a week next Sep

The perfect family weekend getaway!

Our quick but long weekend getaway, celebrating a few birthdays with absolutely perfect! Starting with “pineapple under the sea”! Our eight adult group was so comfortable with the bedroom set up, hanging out in the family room, as well as in the kitchen! We found it very clean, well stocked, perfect walking distance, or hopping on the bikes and golf cart, to the beac. We could enjoy a short walk to some good restaurants, ice cream shop, and live music! the management was very responsive to any questions and we felt very welcomed and respected during our stay! In the future, we would definitely reach out to this exact unit and property management to enjoy another family getaway!
