Details: Vermilion Sunset is on Vermilion Way, in WaterColor, sleeps 14 and is close to beach access, community pools, and Western Lake. This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home has a Carriage House, game room, and porches.

The first floor has 3 guest bedrooms with private bathrooms. A peaceful, light-filled guest bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with double sinks, marble tiles, and a shower. A second guest bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with shower. Finally, a bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On the second floor are the kitchen and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a modern 4-poster King bed and access to a private screened porch. Its private bathroom has a separate shower and a soaking tub uniquely positioned across from a vanity. Guests will enjoy the space and thoughtful design of the kitchen, the open-concept living and dining room. Premium appliances, a farmhouse sink, pale blue and white cabinets, and a marble-topped island with seating for 4 forms a luxurious cooking space that guests will gravitate to. A round dining table has seating for 6. Doors open from the living and dining room onto a screened balcony with a wrap-around sofa and porch bed swing.

The third floor is all about having fun with some throwback video game nostalgia. Guests will love playing Donkey Kong and Centipede on a brand new1980s-era arcade cabinet. Comfy sofas, a Playstationand 100s of DVDs will keep everyone entertained in the media room.

A fourth-floor tower has a foosball table, a Peloton bike, and access to a balcony with lake views.

Inside the detached Carriage House you will find ample seating in the open living and kitchen area. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with a shower with a bunk tower with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Guests can bike to the beach on 6 included adult bikes.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
