Do Grayt Things se encuentra en la hermosa playa de Grayton, el barrio original de la playa 30A. Llena de vida, Grayton Beach alberga galerías de arte, restaurantes y excelentes tiendas.  La casa está ubicada en un vecindario pequeño y tranquilo con una piscina comunitaria, es el escape perfecto, ¡pero está a pasos de todo lo que necesita! Tome un paseo rápido en bicicleta en las 4 bicicletas gratuitas a la playa.��

Al ingresar a esta casa de 4 dormitorios / 4 baños, te encantará la cocina de concepto abierto, la sala y el comedor. Este es el lugar perfecto para pasar un tiempo familiar de calidad. La casa está decorada en un estilo moderno y elegante de playa. La cocina tiene una placa para salpicaduras de azulejos del metro, fregadero, horno a gas y estufa, y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable para cocinar su cocina favorita en la playa.  

El salón tiene espacio para que toda la familia se acurruque y disfrute de una noche de películas en la pantalla plana T. V.   La gran mesa redonda de comedor tiene capacidad para 6+ y sería el lugar ideal para la cena familiar.  Fuera de la sala de estar, encontrará una habitación de matrimonio en el primer piso con un baño completo conectado.  Este baño se comparte con la sala de estar. 

Al subir las escaleras, notará la superposici��n que se suma al relajante ambiente de playa. Ingrese al hermoso dormitorio principal con cama king y balcón privado.��El espacioso baño principal tiene tocadores dobles con encimeras de mármol, una ducha tipo lluvia con hermosos azulejos y una gran bañera de lujo. 

También en este nivel hay dos habitaciones de invitados.  El primero tiene dos camas queen y su propio baño privado con tocadores dobles y ducha de lluvia. Al final del pasillo, se encuentra la sala de literas con 2 juegos de literas gemelas sobre gemelas que dormirán un total de cuatro. Esta espaciosa habitación con literas también tiene su propio baño completo con ducha y tocador. El área de lavandería también se encuentra en este nivel.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect for our family

I have stayed at several different locations in the area, but this one was by far my favorite! Walking distance to Black Bear, the beach tram and so many other spots. The pool was great for my kids. We came for an extended-family trip and it fit 4 different family units perfectly. Would absolutely book again!

Perfect Location

This house is perfect for any group wanting to go to this area. A quick bike ride away from the beach. The house was so clean and nice. Check in was so easy and they were very quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again.

“Grayt” place to spend a vacation!

Plenty of space snd everything was clean and fresh. Easy walk to restaurants, bakery, and shopping. Fantastic property management team! We had an issue with the washer and they went above and beyond to take care of the problem!

We loved our stay!! We normally stay closer to the beach but the Beach Bus makes the location so convenient!!! Great food and shopping just a short walk down the road. Owner communication is 10/10!!! They messaged to let us know that the dryer was not optimal. They offered laundry service and more towels if needed!! A relief to be aware of the situation going into our vacation, rather than finding out on our own. We actually didn’t even need the extra stuff, the dryer was fine for our use.

Beautiful, but dirty!

This home was beautiful, but was not cleaned well. The floors had not been vacuumed or mopped. We had to constantly wear shoes or the bottoms of our feet were black from dirt. The kitchen is very small for such a large home. The driveway is shared with another home. That was difficult with 3 cars, but could not get 10 people in 2 cars. The neighborhood/ street was quiet and the pool was amazing! We stayed at the pool more than the beach. The best beach access is the Grayton Beach State Park- just a few miles from the house.

Good trip

Overall good visit. The house could’ve been cleaner. Just some general sweeping and moving trash cans and furniture to make sure it’s clean would help. It’s the end of the summer though so I’m sure it’s just overall usage and number of guests. The pics online of the family room and kitchen are deceptive. There’s enough room for sure but the camera work is a little more stellar than the actual room itself. The dishwasher didn’t clean very well. Had to wash stuff twice. The fan in the master needs to be balanced. Management sent someone right away when we called. Fan was fixed for an hour and then reverted back to a loud ticking noise and we just tuned out best we could. Nice grill. Location was great. 2 min drive to beach access. Construction in the neighborhood was a little annoying with the number of workers trucks hammering and sawing but we only heard it in the morning before we got going to the beach. Parking is a little tight but we made it work with 3 cars no problem. Pool area was great and clean. We’d stay there again.

Disappointing

My family and I visit 30A monthly. The location of this home is great. It is in walking distance of shops, great food, and the beach. The upkeep of this location is terrible. We had issue after issue during our stay. Day 1 the home was not clean on arrival. The cleaning crew showed up at 5 and did a basic wipe down of the home. We waited on the porch for 3 hours while they cleaned. They put dirty comforters back on the beds, left filthy rugs (I mean black stained disgusting rugs) on the floors, and I honesty have never seen dust and dirt as thick in any rental I have ever stayed in. I spent my entire first night deep cleaning and scrubbing the house down. The garage smelled like a kennel 🤮 (we had to leave the door open all week to keep the smell out of the house). Day 2 the fire alarm went off throughout the day with no way to turn it off. The maintenance crew spent 2 hours working on it while we waited on the porch. Day 3-it stormed and had heavy rain mid afternoon. The living room ceiling looked like it was raining inside the house (another maintenance man came out the day after-spent another 2 hours with us- to let us know it was just humidity coming from the vent (give it a month of rain and the “humidity” is going to cause the ceiling to fall in). Day 4-we went to the pool-it wasn’t working (imagine that 🙄). Apparently the storm the day prior cause the filter to clog up and the pool was dirty and full of debris. Not to mention the lounge area had not been cleaned since the neighborhood opened (the property manager did let me know it was the responsibility of the HOA to keep the pool up and running and the area clean). I say all this to say my family loves this neighborhood but the property is poorly managed. Im guessing the home owner is not even aware of the lack of cleaning, stained and soiled furniture throughout the entire home, the need for a total repaint, alarm malfunctions all hours of the day, and poor upkeep of the neighborhood itself.

Beach was clean and water was blue green and very clear. Plenty of good places to eat and shop

Check in and out was easy. House was clean. Easy drive to beach, restaurants, shopping. Can ride bikes (4) to all of the above as well. The only complaint is the website suggests there is a golf cart at the house. There is not. I would stay at this property again.

Had a Grayt stay!

We have been vacationing in the 30a area for years. We fell in love with the quiet, relaxed feel of this beautiful little place on the Florida coast. This trip did not disappoint! We had a wonderful trip to Grayton Beach for Spring Break. Do Grayt Things is an absolutely beautiful home just outside Grayton State Park. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the rental. Everything about the home is upscale and gorgeous. The beds were all super-comfortable. We were a group of 6, but this home has enough bed space for more. There was construction going on all over the 30A area including the neighborhood we were in, but we never heard a peep. Super quiet. The home is spacious, and everyone had room to spread out. Plenty of seating in the living area and dining area for family meals and game nights. Christopher Daniel, the property manager from 30a Escapes, stopped by to greet us when we arrived and was a great help. He made sure to let us know that if we needed anything that he was there to help-- always a text or phone call away. Would definitely rent again. Wonderful experience!

We will be back to Do Grayt Things!!

The Do Grayt Things home was a wonderful home away from home for our spring break. It was very beautiful, clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It could easily accommodate another family of 5 (bringing friends next time)! Favorites about this house were the ability to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, clothing and art stores. Loved having the shuttle for Seaside just a couple minutes walk down the street. The beach is 1.2 miles away so we did drive our car down to unload beach stuff and then were able to find parking in Old Grayton or up the street nearby. Rode bikes to the beach in the evenings and loved my walks in the mornings down to the beach and to get coffee. My kids only used the neighborhood pool once as it was not heated for spring break :( but it was a minute walk to it. Will definitely use it when we come back in summer. While there are other homes being constructed in the small neighborhood-- noise was never a factor or any traffic from workers. Overall- we fell in love with Grayton Beach and really enjoyed our stay at the Do Grayt Things house! Highly recommend it!
