Property was fabulous. Clean, cute, soft beds, etc. But- of three nights in the condo we had about an hour of volumn on TV. Called first night, no response until next morning stating they would send someone out to fix with new remote. Came back in that evening and had sound but no new remote. Had to be corrected via the Roku app(?). Turned volumn down to answer phone call and never had it again. Called and sent text with no response. So, condo was great. Management not so great.
