Welcome to The Good Life 30A—a luxurious beachfront villa on 30A’s Dune Allen Beach, offering stunning Gulf views and high-end amenities for the ultimate beach retreat. This modern townhome comfortably hosts 8-12 guests and features three spacious bedrooms (including a bunk room), 2.5 baths, a screened porch, and a large patio for enjoying vibrant Gulf scenery.

The Space:
The interior was fully redesigned in June 2022 to showcase spacious, open-concept living spaces that maximize the breathtaking Gulf views, creating a stylish and comfortable setting for relaxation. Located directly on the beach, you’ll have immediate access to the sugar-white sands, emerald waters, and pastel sunsets of Dune Allen Beach, allowing for relaxation any time of day.

For added comfort, enjoy daily beach chair setups (we have some but you can also purchase) from March through October, as well as access to the beach and community pool. While private outdoor spaces like the screened back porch and an oversized balcony off the master suite provide perfect spots to soak in the Gulf air.

You’ll find all the amenities needed for a seamless stay, from wood flooring and ceiling fans in every room to high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs with streaming capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen features new GE Café appliances, cookware, and seating for up to 10 around the quartz island, making it ideal for group meals and gatherings.

-Master Suite (2nd Floor): Enjoy a king bed with beautiful Gulf views, private balcony, fireplace, sitting area, spa-like en suite bathroom with dual vanity, freestanding tub, dual shower heads, and Bluetooth speakers with mood lighting.
-Second Bedroom & Bunk Room (2nd Floor): The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the separate bunk room, divided by a feature wall and curtains, has four full-size beds. Both rooms include flat-screen TVs and share a bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.

All I can say is place is pure magic. If you’re like me and have been a 30a person before 30a was a thing, you’ll love the charm of this townhome complex built in the 80s. BUT I’m also into interior design and clean, modern spaces. You get the best of both worlds here. And how can you be being right on the beach with your own walk down to the sand?I’ve dealt with a lot of property management companies, but Seth and Jason are by far the best I’ve ever worked with
