You feel at home

Big place and it’s all about the view and the owner, so helpful. One tip for future guests to get there the entrance to the parking you can miss it quite easily and it is reachable on both sides. Stay on the main road and it’s a small entrance going down, gated entrance. I tried to get a picture in from the entrance but I could not copy any pictures in this review. Ask Juan to Whatapp you a picture of the entrance from google maps.

Ein Traum im Winter

Wir waren im Januar in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in Santa Pola. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Wohnungen mussten wir nicht zum Chinesen einkaufen gehen, weil alles Wichtige da war. Besonders schön war der Wintergarten mit einem Traumblick auf Tabarca. Morgens schien schon die Sonne und ermöglichte es, trotz verhältnismäßig niedriger Temperaturen ohne Heizung zu frühstücken. Gerne wieder!

Une semaine en famille, dans un appartement cosy, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. L'appartement est bien équipé, chaleureux, grand, propre et entretenu. A proximité de la plage et de la promenade bord de mer. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Le contact avec l'hote est très cordial, plein de bons conseils et de gentillesse. Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement. Nous reviendrons chez Juan avec grand plaisir.

Wij werden 's ochtends wakker met de opkomende zon in ons gezicht. Heerlijk. Dan lekker ontbijten in het glazen schuifpui gedeelte van het balkon, waar het dan lekker warm was. Werd het te warm, dan verhuisden we naar het open gedeelte van het balkon van ca. 7x2,5 mtr op het zuiden met zeezicht. Met alle vragen konden we bij Juan terecht, zelf gaf hij ongevraagd tips qua marktbezoek, boodschappen etc. etc. Heel hulpvaardig en attent. Een aanrader om te overwinteren.
