An upstairs three bedroomed apartment located in the Gran Alacant area of Santa Pola on Urb Monte Y Mar.

Self catering first floor apartment located at the top of the hill beside the Unidad Supermarket on Urbanisation Monte Y Mar. Fantastic views over the Bay of Alicante. The communal swimming pool is located a short walk to the rear of the property. Twenty minutes walk to the beach with supermarkets,restaurants/bars, ten minutes walk.

The apartment, comprises of a small hallway on entering with stairs leading to the open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. To the left of the lounge at rear is a double bedroom with twin single beds with wardrobes. To the front is a second double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. To the right side of the lounge is a small passageway leading to the family bathroom with shower over bath, and third bedroom with single bed and wardrobes

To the front of the property from the lounge patio doors is a small terraced area ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing and soaking up the sun. A short walk to the the communal swimming pool with seperate child pool, shower and sun bathing area.

La anfitriona Karen fenomenal, muy amable. El piso tal y como se describe, con una zonacon super y algunos restaurantes a 5 minutos, la playa cerca también. Varios ventiladores nuevos en la casa y varias sillas de exterior también nuevas, hemos estado muy agusto los 5. Volveremos!

La casa es tal cual se ve, yo no buscaba lujos pero si que tiene algunos detalles tontos que hacen que no repita la estancia: -Suciedad en las paredes por marcas de mosquitos (lo puedo entender que no haya tiempo para pintar las paredes), pero habia marcas de sangre de mosquitos en las cortinas. - Por la cantidad de mosquitos que hay podrian poner mosquiteras -Ventiladores que dan muy poco aire y estan super sucios -Poco menaje en general -La nevera enfria muy poco -Suciedad en la ropa de cama Lo mejor de la casa fue la piscina, la ubicación y las vistas desde la terraza Es una casa basica de playa pero pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia de querer o no repetir

Semana de vacaciones por la costa de Alicante

La urbanización es tranquila, salvo por alguna obra y sus molestias. Los colchones debe renovarlos, al menos la cama de matrimonio y la del dormitorio de una cama. La ducha tenía mucha presión y era estupenda. La terraza muy amplia y agradable para desayunos y cenas. La televisión no cogía muchas cadenas. El Wi-Fi no llegaba bien a alguna parte de la casa.( Dos habitaciones) Ventiladores en todas las habitaciones y salón que refrescaban mucho. He echado en falta unos mínimos de productos de limpieza que creo deben tenerse al llegar al apartamento. Lejía, estropajo, escobilla del water sin usar. La piscina estaba muy limpia.
