Villa on two floors, surrounded by the green hills of Portofino Natural Park overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio.



Villa Rica is located in a residential area, reachable from the center of Santa Margherita Ligure in 5 minutes by car. The house, completely independent, is surrounded by a large fenced garden, available to guests.

The lower floor consists of a large rustic-style open space: in the background is a kitchen complete with every convenience, including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. Opposite, a nice dining table opens the living area, furnished with a sofa, wooden armchair, TV and fireplace. Completing the lower floor is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet, overlooking a small pergola furnished with a table and table soccer.

The upper floor, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, both furnished and with a large closet. Also on the same floor is a bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa has two independent entrances: one on the ground floor, with direct access to a porch which comes with a kitchen area, a fridge, a dining table and a wood oven. The second entrance gives access to a terrace furnished with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Comforts such as free wi-fi and central heating will be at guests’ disposal.

*Direct access to the gate of the house is possible only with small or medium-sized cars, which can be parked in the courtyard of the property. There is space for a maximum of three cars. Big ones can be left just before the villa, about 150 meters away.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is 2,5 km from the apartment while Genoa airport is 42 km away.
