Modern apartment with beautiful terrace in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. At the entrance, a corridor with a convenient closet leads to the open plan living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso machine. Here a staircase gives access to the upper floor, where guests will find a beautiful terrace complete with deck chairs, a dining table and a parasol, perfect for relaxing in the open air and enjoying the wonderful view over the rooftops of Santa Margherita, the surrounding hills and the sea.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both featuring a queen-size bed and a closet, one also boasting an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Amazing Apartment & Hospitality
I would recommend highly! The space was stunning and steps from the beach. The rooftop was a dream and we were treated to fireworks on Sunday evening. Cristina is a wonderful welcome party!

Amazing Stay in Santa Margherita
Property location is ideal. The suite is very spacious and well laid out. The private rooftop terrace is incredible. We enjoyed evenings on the roof with a glass of wine and a lovely view. The host was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely responsive and helpful. The town is lots of fun and the rental is close to the sea, train station, and many restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.
