Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.
The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both complete with a closet, one featuring a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, the other one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. The layout is completed by a second bathroom with shower.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*There are other accommodations inside the building.

Italian Riviera get away
Stayed 3 nights. Everything in the apartment was as described. Location is great. Staying in Santa Margherita was perfect for visiting the nearby Cinque Terre and Portofino. Tania was extremely helpful and always available to give suggestions and answer questions.
