This beautiful and completely renovated chalet with capacity for 6 people is located in the small coastal town of Son Serra de Marina, just minutes from the beach. At the western and eastern ends of the fishing village of dreams, there is a nature reserve and kilometers of natural beaches.



The most notable feature of this accommodation is its cozy outdoor area, which has a pool (3m x 6m) to cool off and is surrounded by a chill-out area and loungers to disconnect and rest. Additionally, a barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious meals or dinners on the covered porch next to the pool.



The house is designed with care and equipped with all amenities. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with access to the terrace, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The main bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and air conditioning, is located in a fantastic tower-shaped room with a dome and private rooftop terrace. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed.

When we arrived after international travel, my children cooked off in the pool and found chards a glass all over the pool floor from a broken wine glass. The washer and dryer were extremely old and did function well. We ended up leaving early as our house was broken into and money, jewelry, and clothes were taken from all of us. We didn’t feel safe staying there after that. There was no credit even under these circumstances.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie eine Woche Anfang August in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Dieses hat alles was man so braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, wobei uns v.a. die schöne Außenanlage mit dem Pool sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut - auch die Betreuung vor Ort. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Es sei allerdings darauf hingewiesen, dass lediglich das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, was im Hochsommer nicht ideal ist. Für die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss steht lediglich ein Ventilator zu Verfügung. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in ein schönen Domizil....

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus auf eingewachsenem Grundstück mit Pool, wo man ungestört Sonnenbaden und Poolen kann. Ruhige Wohngegend am Hang und von der Straße aus ein schöner Blick aufs Meer... Hier und da sind sicher einige Sachen verbesserungswürdig...aber die ausgesprochen nette Gastgeberin, sowie die Agentur haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Anregungen...und sind immer erreichbar... Wir waren glücklich wieder in Son Serra de Marina zu sein... ...und kommen wieder... Sonnige Grüße aus Deutschland ...vom Dreiergespann

Die Finca ist ist einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und gibt einem viele Tipps für Unternehmungen. Die Finca ist sowohl für Familien, als auch Freundesgruppen geeignet.
