The house was as described and very comfortable and attractive. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator. It opens on the left and is difficult to open next to the window shade. Very awkward layout. Also the coffee pot does not turn off automatically. Otherwise, a great place for a vacation!

This was a great home for us for nearly 2 wks. Very clean. Really enjoyed the hummers while sitting on the patio.Loose gravel in parking area was a bit of a challenge for my rear-wheel drive vehicle but we found how to park at the right angle. The refrigerator door and the window shade adjacent to it is awkward (can't open the door without raising the shade or holding it to one side) but this is probably the only way it can be.

Great rental
We loved our stay at Hummingbird. The space was perfect. It’s very well decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the location was great- a very short drive to the plaza. Check in and check out was super simple. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to beautiful Santa Fe.

The property is comfortable and well-appointed, with new appliances. It is conveniently located close to the main center of Santa Fe. The property manager is available seven days a week and quick to reply, which was appreciated for a few initial questions and an issue we had. Beds were notably comfortable. A little welcome gift was appreciated as well.
