The home was nicely decorated and close to the center of town. Communication with the manager was easy, always with a quick response. The house was extremely well equipped. Adding new mattresses and blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a welcome change.

Very quiet, clean organized with everything you need. Walking distance to center of town with restaurants and museums. A great home away from home. The welcome guide was very helpful and informative. The host checked in on us to make sure we were doing OK. I would highly recommend this place.

Property owner made this house just like you were home. She thought of everything. Kitchen had anything you needed. Instructions were very clear and marked. There is not one negative thing about this adobe style house. It is close to anywhere you may want to go in central or north New Mexico. The host makes this property what it is, THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Wonderful!!

The place couldn't be any cuter. Loved having the turntable to spin some albums. It was a very comfortable place with everything we could possibly need. Loved the bed, too. I will return soon :)

Great Location!

Very clean, well decorated casita. Within easy walking distance of the plaza. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. Only problem was the thermostat - either too cold downstairs or too warm upstairs. Host was most attentive to help!

Thanksgivin g in Santa Fe

This lodging was perfectly located near the Plaza and Railyard and many great restaurants. A bit longer 15 minute walk to Canyon road. This rental unit was nicely furnished and the kitchen appointed to meet our needs.Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with their en-suite bathroom. Another half bath was downstairs which was very convenient.

Okay, here are a few more words: charming, comfy, convenient, clean, close to the plaza (but not too close.) Shelly was an outstanding communicator—messages were answered within seconds. This was a beautiful home within walking distance to most attractions. We loved the decor and communication with the owner was excellent. The turntable with classic albums was an added bonus. We wished we had one extra day!

Perfect Vacation Casa

This is a perfect place to stay. First off, the host provides wonderful communication prior to your arrival about entry and an abundance of information about the area. The casa is very clean and has all the amenities that you would need. The place is located in a wonderful spot that is quiet and yet close enough to walk to the plaza to enjoy all the shopping and restaurants. This is one of the nicest places that we have stayed. Santa Fe Supreme Stay

The place was so lovely and inviting. We were sorry we didn't have more time to just stay at the house and relax but we were short on time and wanted to see the sights of Santa Fe. The property manager quickly responded to any questions we had. The location is also close to many of the attractions of the city. I would highly recommend this rental to my friends.

Great Casita, terrific location

Shelly & Todd were excellent hosts and the casita is exactly as pictured and described with all the conveniences of home. Loved the front, back and upstairs porches. Casita was clean and plenty of light with the skylights and windows. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Unit is air conditioned. Location is perfect as we walked to the Plaza, Railyard, and grocery store. WiFi is adequate and having a washer dryer was useful for our three week stay. Location is quiet and there is outdoor parking in front of the Casita. While there is plenty of appliances, dishes and serving ware if you want to cook, there are so Many good restaurants Nearby that we are out a lint. Two king beds with on-suite bathrooms were wonderful and easily accommodate 4 people. One of the nicer VRBO units we have rented. Highly recommend.

Best VRBO rental ever

I am usually very skeptical when I read VRBO reviews that say “best ever”. But this property truly is the best place I have ever rented on VRBO. We are two hiking buddies, women that planned a get away to explore the trails of Santa Fe. The communication with Shelly was helpful, friendly and very timely. The property was extremely clean and offered many amenities that made us feel right at home after our long days on the trails. The home was in a great location and was well appointed with anything we needed. The decor was tasteful and very comfortable. The record player and selection of vinyl records were such a nice touch which we very much enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well lighted. This was simply a great base for a wonderful adventure. I will certainly be back.

A lovely Santa Fe Villa

Spacious home, amazing well-stocked kitchen, 2 well-appointed master suites, 2 cozy outdoor seating areas, and a responsive host. Home away from home

This was a beautiful home and everything in it was chosen with care to make our stay comfortable. There are many extras we have not found in other rentals - art reflective of the area, unusual pieces of decor, a kitchen that is stocked with all you need including sharp knives and quality cookware. The location is excellent - just a short walk to the plaza. Shelly, the host, was responsive and checked in on us early to make sure everything was to our liking. We would certainly stay here again if we returned to Santa Fe.

Charming home close to Santa Fe plaza

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with his brother and wife. We really appreciated that the two bedrooms each had an en-suite bath and king sized bed. Though not a large home, we had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. Santa Fe plaza was a pleasant 10 min walk away. Evenings were chilly, and we enjoyed the lovely fireplace! House was immaculate, and neighborhood was quiet.
