Detached and very bright villa, located in the Calalberche Urbanization, 45 minutes from Madrid center, and 40 from the monumental city of Toledo with excellent views of the Sierra de Gredos. The house is located 500 meters from the Alberche River where you can enjoy magnificent walks and a good swim in any of its different beaches and coves, as well as magnificent views. You can relax and enjoy walks and routes on foot or by bike both in Calalberche and its surroundings.
The house is rented complete. It has 2 floors, 5 rooms with double beds and 1 with 4 single beds, 3 bathrooms and a toilet with dressing room (in the pool), sofa bed and extra bed, 2 large living rooms, one of them with fireplace, table football, darts and board games; Very spacious and bright kitchen with all the necessary equipment, swimming pool with toilet and dressing room, two barbecues, a wooden pergola that is also very spacious, a pond with fish. Heating and air conditioning throughout the house.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a kitchen, and a washing machine. Housekeeping is available on request.

Espectacular

Es imposible no poner a todo 5 estrellas... Tanto la atención de Juan, como la casa (su ubicación, todas las instalaciones, las habitaciones,...) son de 10. Ni un solo pero se le puede poner y, desde luego, si Juan nos acepta el año que viene, no vamos a dudar en escoger la misma casa.
