Beautiful, light and comfortable 3rd floor condo in the newest building of Sienna. Located on the Blackrock 9 course of Sunbrook. This modern condo is the perfect spot for your golfing adventures. Deck with view to pond and golf course. Propane grill for outdoor cooking. Large open kitchen. Primary bathroom has large tub and separate shower plus water closet. Please note the pool, hot tub and club house have been demolished and are under reconstruction and no completion date has been set.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great Winter Retreat

The condo we rented from Stephanie was top notch. We couldn't be more pleased. Everything was just as described and pictured. There was plenty of room for our Daughter's family to visit and take a short trip to visit Zion and Bryce Canyons.
