New attic just 150 mt. from the beach; composed of kitchen with single bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with tub, veranda with sea view. The solution has the following services available to the customer: air conditioning, television, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, washing machine and parking space in the courtyard. The attic is stocked with various pots and pans but bathroom and bed linens are not included (they are available on request). Pets are not allowed.
