Beautiful remodeled home looking at greenbelt park and San Jose Creek

Bright and charming, this cottage style home is nestled in a quite neighborhood. Conveniently located near Goleta Beach Park, UCSB, and downtown Santa Barbara. Their all short drives or venture out on a bike along our Class I bike path.

Our home has an open floor plan allowing all to enjoy cooking in our spacious kitchen while visiting family and friends. Dine on our private outdoor patio or relax on the front lawn looking onto our local park several hiking trails, and lots of birds.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
