Spectacular stone house with garden, swimming pool, parking and wonderful views of Cala Maset (just over 100 m) and the Bay of Platja de Sant Pol.

Maset is a beautiful and spacious house with private pool located in a residential area of ​​S Agaró (Sant Feliu de Guíxols) next to Platja de Sant Pol. It is in a very quiet environment for a relaxing holiday and has parking, swimming pool, garden and has wonderful views of Cala Maset and the Bay of S Agaró.

This spectacular accommodation has 200 m2 of living space and more than 30 m2 of swimming pool.

The house is of contemporary stone construction and has been subsequently renovated, made with good quality materials and has abundant accessories that will allow you to enjoy an enviable and very charming holiday.

When you arrive at your destination, you can leave your cars in the property's parking area and enter the house on foot through the garden.

When you enter the house, you immediately notice the class of this construction, with generous and well-defined spaces.

We pass the hall and enter a large living room with exterior openings to the garden and the swimming pool with spectacular views of the Bay of Sant Pol. From this room we have access to the kitchen, the chill-out terrace and the outdoor dining terrace. From these outdoor spaces where we find the barbecue, the garden and the swimming pool we can also enjoy the aforementioned views.

From the hall at the entrance we also have access to the 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds) and the two bathrooms.

Happy family holiday location.

This villa is in an excellent location just 10 minutes walk from a lovely beach and has stunning views across the bay. We spent many happy hours in the pool which was located in the spacious gardens of the villa. The villa was large enough for our party of 8 and was clean and comfortable. However we felt that it would benefit from some investment, in particular the addition of air conditioning, which would make it easier to sleep at night, and some better towels.

Fantastic location but very tired and dirty

Fantastic location but property tired and over-priced for current condition. Pool filtration not working, property not cleaned well. Upon arrival found filthy pool, "musty" smelling house with cob webs throughout, built up dirt throughout radiators, sills, and numerous areas of house etc with only surfaces cleaned. Tired decor, furniture, beds etc. Stained bed linen, no "welcome" toilet roll or bottled water etc Numerous lights not working. Kitchen appliances have earth issue and give electric shocks. Gates not functional. Run down and tired generally. Beautiful, near perfect location, was obviously once a stunning property but many years ago now. Certainly not worth the money they are charging today.
