Excellent villa for rent near San Pol- S'Agaró, with all kinds of amenities to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa Brava.

The villa is totally refurbished, is located in a quiet area, in a dead end street, only 600 m. away from the beach of Sant Pol.

With communal swimming pool and views to the bay of S'agaró (it is not in the first line).

When we enter the villa we find some stairs that go up and some that go down, the stairs that go up take us to the dining room-living room-kitchen with exit to the terrace with awning, in this floor we have air conditioning, we go up a flight of stairs and we find the suite with air conditioning, double bed, complete bathroom with shower, if we go up another flight we find a solarium terrace with two sun loungers and a spectacular view. If we go down the stairs from the entrance we find a bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two beds together and exit to the garden.

Wonderful property in a gorgeous location

The condo was perfectly suited to our needs, and the pictures accurately reflect the property. There are two air conditioners, and both were working properly. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo do was very clean and modern. The complex was quiet and relaxing, but we were there a little bit before the main season. The views from the condo were spectacular, and it was in close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. It is also very close to old S’Agaro, which is very beautiful. The property managers were very accommodating, kind, and professional. We would definitely stay here again.
