This stunning, modern villa is designed to offer both luxury and comfort, with breathtaking sea views from almost every room. The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a spacious living room with fireplace and Sonos stereo system, a dining area for 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen all leading onto a terrace with panoramic sea views.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
On the lower level there are four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with air conditioning, television and en-suite bathroom, with direct access to a chic covered terrace, a perfect place for everyone to gather on the comfortable seating. On the pool floor there are two further king-size bedrooms with direct access to the terrace where you can relax by the 8 x 5 metre pool, complete with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals.
The upper floor of the villa is a tranquil sun terrace, perfect for sunbathing while enjoying the stunning coastal scenery. With amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safe and a dedicated cleaning service, this villa is the epitome of a luxurious retreat close to the beach.
Cleaning twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday 4 hours/day.
Complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of bed linen and towels.
