Chalet # 7a with sauna & pool

On 115 m² of exclusive living space up to 8 people feel comfortable. The tasteful Chalet with sauna & pool has four bedrooms with one box spring double bed each (with flat screen TV). In addition, two bathrooms with rain shower, three en suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The spacious living area is equipped with a comfortable seating area and another flat screen TV. From there you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy an excellent view of the Kreischberg.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and (cooking) utensils, glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Also included in the equipment are kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

The highlight of the Chalet is the in-house Finnish sauna and the heated pool (usable all year round) on the terrace. Look forward to pampering luxury and the highest comfort during your wellness break.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus mit Mega Blick

Tolles Haus, geräumig, sauber , top ausgestattet. Mega Blick auf den Kreischberg Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und war warm genug zur Nutzung im Oktober Es fehlt alleine etwas an Privatsphäre wegen sehr enger Bebauung und keinerlei Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn Wenn da noch etwas mehr gemacht würde ( Zäune, Büsche oä) wäre das Haus perfekt

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Abstrichen

Die Poolvilla ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Sauna, Weinkühlschrank, sehr viel Geschirr und viele Gläser), der Pool beheizt und die Aussicht schön. Trotzdem werden wir nicht wieder kommen, da die Lärmbelästigung (Musik und lautes Schreien) teilweise bis 3 Uhr Früh uns den Schlaf geraubt hat. Es gibt hier sehr viele Gruppen, die diese Villas mieten und dann sehr laut sind und keine Rücksicht auf die Nachtruhe anderer nehmen.
