This large condo (1800 sq. feet) is in the highly sought after Lighthouse Resort and Club located on Sanibel's East End. The Lighthouse Resort s a beautiful beach front property with bay views from the balcony of unit 208. Unit 208 also overlooks the lagoon where the birds come to nest in the evening. You are steps away from the beautiful beach and just a short walk to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse. Nature makes up approximately 70% of the island's acreage, the beaches are not crowded so tourists can enjoy the best of both worlds. Enjoy biking or walking on island's 23 miles of hill-free bike trails, swim in the pool or the Gulf, and comb the beach for shells. Our Lighthouse condo (unit 208) was completely renovated following Hurricane Ian - it's a completely new unit and only open since July 2025. The décor is coastal inspired and there is an abundance of natural light. The open concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area and kitchen creating an ideal space for entertaining family and friends.
