Wonderful condo and loved the view of the ocean from the bed in the main bedroom. The property managers were very helpful and had quick response time when I had questions. The beach was steps away and covered in shells! I found so many awesome shells! Just beware of the no-see-um bugs when you are out in the evening or early morning.

EASY walk to the beach

Don't think we've ever been closer to the beach on Sanibel. Unit was very spacious, Kids loved it. Pool was very nice and we were steps from the beach. They are still renovating after the hurricane so the property wasn't as nice as it could be but we looked past all that and had a wonderful stay.

Lovely view ! Great Location! Great Condo!

I would have given it a 5 star, but the construction noise prevented us from enjoying the lovely lanai. I know Sanibel is recovering from Hurricane Ian, so I understand the need for continuous repair and renovation, and trust complex will be restored to its original beauty.

Amazing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Pointe! The location is beautifully landscaped and close to everything. Great access to the beach and pool. Our condo was very nice and beds were comfortable. We will be back!

Relaxing family vacation

It was our first time to sanibel island and it was a great experience. Great family vacation spot with a more of a secluded non-touristy feel. Only negative thing I would say about this specific resort is the pool is not very big, but the beach is also right there. We are definitely planning on returning to Sanibel island.

Lovely week at the beach

We enjoyed a great week! The condo was clean and kitchen had plenty of dish, cookware, etc. The Wi-Fi needed restarting a few times, but that’s hardly a big deal when you are at the beach!

Sanibel Island Vacation

Condos were nice. We loved the screened porch and spent a lot of time sitting out and reading. Air conditioning worked perfectly. All in all a very pleasant stay

Loved the condo!

We enjoyed our week in this condo. Loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings. The condo was clean and perfect for 2 couples or a family. We didn’t use the pool but looked clean and many others were using it. A quick walk through the beautiful grounds to get to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pans, utensils etc. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a few basic kitchen items such as coffee filters, salt and pepper etc and maybe a few more toiletries provided. Beach items were available in the owners storage unit, although we didn’t use any of them, it would be great to have for families. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sanibel!

Best Thanksgiving ever!

We had an amazing time staying at Pointe Santo over the Thanksgiving holiday! We had everything we needed at the house to prepare meals even our Thanksgiving turkey! We got groceries before we crossed over onto Sanabel which I’m sure saved us quite a bit of money. There is a local store on the island where we picked up any items we needed throughout the week and we were also able to reserve a pre-cooked turkey with all of the sides for Thanksgiving dinner! We were able to have a gourmet Thanksgiving meal while starring at the ocean! 🥰 This might just be an annual event! The three days before we arrived at Pointe Santo we visited sea world in Orlando and then Busch Gardens Florida for two days and walked a total of 25 miles so we needed a break once we got to Pointe Santo! We were ready to relax when we got to the condo and it was everything we hoped it would be and more! I still did laundry nearly every day because of the kids and what they got into but it didn’t feel like work because of the great view and accommodations! The condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which made it so nice with our three kids. The kids bedroom had a full size bed and a twin bed which was perfect! Everything was nicely updated and the amenities at the complex were very nice. Very quiet and relaxing vacation! The beach had millions of shells and the kids had an awesome time finding them! The condo is so close to the beach no matter what unit you rent! The beach closet for this condo was also full of anything you can imagine for taking to the beach-chairs, an umbrella, shovels, buckets, sand toys, a football, a volleyball etc.. Thank you so much for renting out your beautiful condo! We had a fantastic time!

Wonderful Time

Summer Family Vacation

Amazing condo and community!! The grounds and property a phenomenally managed!! We grilled out every night-I was very impressed to see how well these were maintained every morning and evening by the staff-excellent!! My kids loved playing volleyball and cornhole! Great family getaway! Great beach/water-loved shelling and swimming!! We ate every night on the balcony with an amazing view of the lagoon and beach!! Unit was immaculate-provided cards and board games that kept the fun going late into the evening!! Phenomenal experience-we will definitely be back!

Could have been great......

Management company seemed far more interested in booking a return visit than making sure the property was as expected for the price paid. Several texts, emails and “reminders” to leave a good review. There were a couple of hiccups starting our first night. The freezer was completely frozen over, we attempted to thaw it and then realized there was most likely a water line break to the ice maker, as it was again completely frozen the next morning. No response from the management company until Monday a very nice, apologetic maintenance person (who was sent to wrong condo) suggested it could be more efficiently fixed after our stay and offered to deliver bagged ice every other day. That didn’t happen until we again tried to contact the the agency who was not responsive to texts or emails and phone calls went to voicemail. Mid-week we finally figured out how to reset the tv’s after the power outages during the storms after buying and replacing dead batteries in the 2nd bedroom remote, there were none on hand in the condo. The last morning we noticed one toilet’s tank refilling intermittently without use and reported that too as we left a bit early to allow the maintenance team a little extra time to repair the ice maker water line for the next guests. Otherwise the condo was nice, location is great. But if I were the owner I would look for another management agency. Service was very disappointing for the rate we paid. We will not return to properties managed by Kingfisher.

Vacation paradise

This condo is very clean and the beds were comfy and it had everything I needed for a two-week stay. There was some red tide the first week but there were still lots of people out on the beach and it didn't really seem to bother anyone . red tide went away the second week and the beach was awesome the pool was clean and comfortably warm the hot tub was great. The maintenance people were constantly working and cleaning and keeping the place nice and tidy. I took long bikes rides and long walks on the beach every day. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Every one was very friendly I would definitely come back and stay again. The owner was in touch and very helpful.

Great in spite of construction

Everything was great about the living experience in this clean, well stocked condo. We enjoyed the bikes, and the porch. One issue of disturbance was the ongoing construction noise of building C. Lots of loud piercing noises throughout the day everyday except Sunday. So we were best off hitting the beach, biking or sightseeing during the daylight.

Peaceful Privacy

The condo was immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully appointed with everything you would ever need. the decor was very “Florida”. With paintings of water birds and beach scenes. comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool was warm and inviting. I would recommend it highly
