3 Bedroom with loft sleeping area (queen pull out couch) 1.5 baths A/C units sleeps 10-12 two levels of decking with gas grill and fire pit to cook smores. Newly renovated located across from town neck beach. Close to marina, restaurants, boardwalk, supermarket and uptown shopping. 5 minutes from the Bourne Bridge located on the 6A side of Sandwich.

After spending the day at the beach enjoy sunset views from each of the decks overlooking the ocean.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms.

Great place in a fun location!

This lovely cottage in Sandwich is in a great location - one block from the beach with expansive views of the ocean from the 2nd floor deck. Everything we needed was provided, and the house has a relaxed ocean vibe. A family emergency arose during our stay, and the property owners were generous with their offers of assistance. Looking forward to returning to this great space again!

Lovely vacation spot

We had a very nice time at this house, which is pretty much exactly as advertised. It has a surprising amount of space and is very well decorated. The management company was super responsive and friendly when I had a question, but didn't bother us at all during our stay. I didn't give it a 5 for two small reasons: the yard / bushes / vines need some work and we would have loved some information about the area upon arrival. I would highly recommend this house for your next family vacation!

Perfect location! Adorable house!

We had a great time! The house is adorable and the short walk to the beach was perfect with the kids! We loved that the marina was close by as well as several restaurants. Really the only thing it didn't have that we could have used would have been an outdoor shower. Owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating! Hoping to be back soon!
