This place was awesome. Exactly as described. The perfect place to escape for a couple days. My favorite things were: hot tubbing under the stars and the three-head shower!The house is well stocked with anything you might need, from kitchen appliances to board games and books. We also enjoyed exploring the property, which has a stream. The host was also communicative and friendly. We hope to return in the future.

A Great Escape

What a great little escape. My husband and I snuck away from the kids and this was just what we needed. A quiet relaxing little place. I appreciate them allowing for a very impromptu early check in. Perfect for 2! Great escape for a romantic or connecting time away from the hustle and bustle. If you can, bring your water toys (SUPs, floaties, etc) as there is water everywhere! Thimbleberries were also on almost all of the trails, and wife ate herself sick ;)Property had everything we needed and a little more. Hosts were great at responding and even provided recommendations for the area.Thanks again!

Anniversary Stay

This property is one of a kind! The views are just stunning and the inside of the tower was awesome as well. We wished we would have stayed there longer! A property, A communication, and A experience.

Cozy but modern with insane views

My partner and our dog stayed in this cozy little lookout. The property was surprisingly big and remote, driving up to the unit was such a surreal experience, the living space was very cozy, the kitchen had very modern appliances, the bathroom was very nice and the shower was pretty insane, the deck that surrounded the exterior overlooked the incredibly beautiful views of the mountains off in the distance which provided us an amazing sunrise, and the hot tub was very warm. We'll defiantly make our way back to this property in the future.

Unique & Comfortable for our ski adventure

My wife and I stayed here for a ski trip to Schweitzer. The lookout tower was a unique experience that we truly enjoyed. The tower is just big enough to have everything the 2 of us needed, and is very cozy.Close enough to Sandpoint for groceries / dinner. Only 20 minutes from Schweitzer, and even We had a full size AWD car rental, and I would not want to have anything less. The driveway to the tower is steep, but well maintained. The roads in the neighborhood and to Schweitzer are also well maintained, but winter mountain conditions exist.

Honeymoon Dream

We had a few small issues with the property but they were quick to be resolved and the property was truly incredible. Great location between the mountain and town. If we go back to Sandpoint we have accommodations covered.

Immaculate and Beautiful Views

Right when I walked in I could tell the thought and care that had been put into this property. It was spotless and had everything we needed! It was the perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary. The views were incredible and the hot tub was the extra icing on the cake.

Weekend Get Away

My husband and I stayed at Lookout Tower for the weekend. We loved the area. The road up had some tight turns but nothing we couldn't manage. We noticed the train noises while watching TV but they didn't wake us up at night. It was a very pleasant stay.
