The property is practically trashed, broken doors, furniture, the toilet was loose, the manager is awesome but the hotel looks like abandoned or vandalized definitely not coming back

Refund

I check in at the hotel, but when I arrived to the room, I found it really dirty and in terrible conditions. I tell to the lady at the front desk about the situation. She offered me another room but, the rooms were in the same bad and dirty situation. I have pictures of the room as a proof. I asked to the lady at the front desk for a refund, but she said that Hotels.com needs to pay back the money. When I asked at the chat of the website of Hotels.com, the lady who was trying to helped me, she called to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel said that I didn´t complain at all and because of that they won´t refund. However it is not true. Then, I received a $50 dolars coupon from Hotels.com, which is no even half of what I paid ($243). I am asking for a 100% refund. The people who is working at Primera Hotel know the terrible conditions they offer to the customers, but they don´t care. I left the hotel because I didn´t feel safe and I didn´t feel confortable.

BEWARE DO NOT GO!!!!

Place is completely rundown in the room. There’s no blankets for the bed sheets on the bed were filthy. there’s no toilet paper there’s no towels the shower my key card kept getting desynchronized I go to reprogram it and some random guy reprograms it for me. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

The pictures do not look remotely the same. The pictures online are extremely old. The place needs updates with everything. There are no towels or toilet paper in the room. You have to request it at the front desk but they don't tell you. All linnens are stained and dirty. Tv doesnt work. Its loud with the residents they have living there. They have no respect for guests. You literally pay cheap and you get cheap. Spent the extra money for another place. This is not good at all.

Floors were duty, sheets where duty, bathroom had mold, microwave was burn inside, no toilet paper, no towels, when I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, they just said we don't have any.

I should’ve known from the minute we parked at this property that it was going to be horrible. But It was late and we were tired so we booked at the first hotel that came up without looking at the reviews. The minute we walked into the room, there was a STRONG smell of sewage. There were no pillows or blankets & I honestly thought we were in the wrong room. Walking into the bathroom where the smell was extremely bad, there was a missing light bulb above the sink, a bucket full of water under the sink that had been there for who knows how many days, the sink was STILL leaking and coming into the floor. Also, the toilet was not flushed from I’m assuming the last person that was in there, no toilet paper & there was no shower curtain. I had seen enough and upon walking out my husband also mentioned the furniture being old and chipped away, and the light switch covers that were missing. We went to the receptionist and let her know we could NOT take that room, and she was not surprised as if this is a daily response they get. She then told me she hopes Expedia returns our money. There was another customer in there getting their room key overhearing us & upon waiting for our Uber, we see the same customer walking angrily to the front office and he mentions to us how horrible the room is. Horrible area, horrible room, horrible staff.

Too many red flags

Was looking for a place to stay overnight close to border was going to catch a flight the next day in TJ. I am not a person who is frightened to travel alone, but at arrival there was old dirty mattress piled up red flag #1 in parking lot. I arrived a little before midnight. I booked my stay while driving in. I usually read reviews but could not since I was driving. Before checking in the young woman before me asked for a room change because there was roaches everywhere. Red flag #2 And then when it was my turn the front desk clerk asked if I wanted to preview the room first. I said yes. Well the room was nothing special, the lights were not working and I inspected the room with my flashlight. That was red flag #3. Then I decided to contact hotels.com to help me change my room. And walked to front desk to ask to cancel my reservation along with a couple who has the room next me also was canceling reservation as well red flag #4 long story short I do not recommend even on a budget.

This place should not be operating. We arrived and got a room, immediately upon walking in we saw the dirty sheets…beyond dirty. Couldn’t tell if it was blood or mud on both beds. Sheets looked like they’ve never been changed. Went to reception and asked for another room and the attendant told us we could get our money back instead. Late at night, after a 3 hour drive I just wanted to rest. We go to the next room and it’s even worse… cannot begin to explain how filthy and unsanitary this place was.

Hello, We arrived at the Hotel Primavera. The service at the front desk was very unprofessional and very unpleasant. As we walked up to our room we felt unsafe, the concrete stairs were broke the hallway floor felt uneven and soft as if there is water damage, the place was dirty and damaged all over we hoped the actual room i side was clean as shown on the picture on Expedia but it is NOT the first room we were given was under construction. We walked back to the lobby to I form the front desk and showed her the picture, she gave us a different room that room was not under construction but it smelled so bad. It smelt musty and moldy. The light fixtures were not even installed (as shown in the video) and there were no light bulbs. The bathroom had no towels and wall paper was ripping off. The beds were dirty and there were bugs. And the pictures you have on Expedia of this hotel are false advertisement.

STAY AWAY!’

I wish I could've took pictures of this place and i don't even know where to start! First , reception area was filthy! We get our room turn on the light and an INFESTATION OF ROACHES! The AC had roach nests , looked straight from a horror movie!! The walls had grimy stains of i don't even want to know what it was!! Yes we did get our money back as we didn't even last 2 minutes, receptionists knew exactly we wanted our money back as she saw us walking in without hesitation. If only this place could be reported! WORST OF THE WORST!!!
