Fantástico

La casa es amplia y muy cómoda, tiene una ubicación inmejorable. En una zona muy tranquila a 10 minutos caminando del centro del pueblo y a 5 minutos de una ruta de senderismo muy bonita junto a la costa cántabra. Las vistas son una maravilla y estuvimos realmente a gusto desayunando mirando al mar. La casa cuenta con wifi con buena conexión, un salón amplio, cocina equipada,3 dormitorios y 2 baños, por lo que es ideal para familias o grupos de hasta 6 personas. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy cordial y agradable en todo momento. Se puede aparcar en la puerta o en un garaje cerrado muy cercano. Como aspectos a mejorar únicamente diría la TV y los sofás que tienen ya tiempo. Sin duda, repetiremos

El sitio, el paisaje que se contempla, observar las salidas del sol en el amanecer reflejado en las aguas de la playa, la vista de la imponente mole de los Picos de Europa, hace de la estancia en este apartamento algo mágico.

Magníficas vistas

Casa muy adecuada para una familia con niños. En nuestro caso se adaptaba perfectamente a nuestras necesidades, porque tenemos 3 niños y la casa tiene 2 habitaciones dobles y 1 individual. Lo mejor de todo son las vistas a la ría de San Vicente y la playa, y que se puede ir andando al pueblo sin necesidad de estar en el bullicio (aspecto importante dado lo mal que se aparca en San Vicente en verano). Es silenciosa: se puede dormir perfectamente con la ventana abierta y despertarte con el ruido de las gaviotas. La casa no es lujosa, pero tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable; es muy luminosa. Nos gustó tener una cocina separada del salón y con nevera completa (no la pequeña nevera habitual en muchas casas de veraneo), lavadora y lavaplatos. El propietario, Herwann, atendió todas nuestras necesidades y se preocupó por arreglar de inmediato un par de cosas que no funcionaban sin que se lo hubiésemos reclamado. En resumen, una muy buena opción para alojarse en uno de los pueblos costeros más bellos de España teniendo al mismo tiempo unas vacaciones tranquilas.

La casa del engaño

Los muebles, en general, muy deteriorados. Los utensilios de cocina , microondas, cafetera ,exprimidor etc.estropeados. Olor muy desagradable, procedente de los sumineros (Aseo y cocina). Total unas vacaciones para olvidar. El precio pagado no corresponde con los servicios recibidos.

Bel appartement de villégiature

Bonne semaine de vacances passée dans ce bele appartement de villégiature. Les bons conseils fournis dans un français parfaits par le propriétaire sont précieux. Seul bémol "le salon de jardin" et le barbecue qui ne sont pas réèllement utilisables en l'état, mais qu'importe, nous n'étions pas là pour cela.
