You cannot find a better manager than CHITARA in the world: She was absolutely marvelous. She was so friendly and helpful…always with a lovely smile and happy to help….you can’t go wrong stay at her hotel
The food was good.
The customer service for the restaurant was bad. I had one drink and no one came back to offer anything else or a refill. When we got there PARKING IS HORRIBLE. They say they have 2 pools not true. One small pool for adults and a baby pool for kids. Yes the ocean is infront but no sand all big rocks. For breakfast it was okay it starts at 8 am. But no refill for coffee as they never come back to see if you need anything else. When checking out you had to find out were the checking out location was, its at the bar. Very disappointing. The bed was comfortable.

The staff were wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Quaint cultural immersion hotel. Breakfast provided was good.
Parking could be cramped and you would be best leaving your keys at the front so they can move cars around as needed.
The water from the faucets stunk like rotten eggs every time you ran it. The shower does not include hot water. Its one temperature. The room was clean but had the random ant and lizard here and there.
Ocean front property but the beach is difficult to get to as its very rocky and about 200 meters down the way. Not really a beach to plan on swimming at during your stay.
The pool and cabana area was nice, but the hotel runs a daily promotion for outside guests to come use the pool for a small fee during the day so it was then too small for the crowds added. The pool was small to start with to accommodate the people staying in the 10 rooms of the hotel originally without adding additional guests.
The staff were great. The value for the money and experience was worth it.
If you want a stay that takes on the local culture and allows nice views of the ocean this is a good choice, but not so much if youre wanting a "beachfront" property you'd usually expect an actual beach you can layout on within the property.
This place should be listed as a hostel not hotel i end up having to leave three days early they closed the pool for construction but it all started when we first checked in the room flooded when we turned the sink on so we changed rooms then we tried to walk out to the beach and there was nun it's all rocks then you got to deal with the staff having really loud conversations early in the morning 7am to the point that it wakes you up remember on vacation so getting up that early should be optional then a couple of days into our stay the guy in the evening ask if we wanted to get food he would order and pick something up for us cents there kitchen closes early and boy that was the wrong move I end up getting severely sick and spent two day with extreme diarrhea end up having to go to the doctors so that was the straw that broke the camel's back i decided to go elsewhere and then the owner of the place tried to upgrade me to a room at his other property but by that time I just couldn't trust that property would be any better and if so he should have just upgraded us from the beginning since I had told his employees I was not happy at his place they probably didn't say anything to him until it was to late hopefully I can get my money back at least for the days I didn't stay there my stay was from 06-8-26 to 06-16-26 but I ended up leaving on 06-13-26 so hopefully I get at least days back even if it's in Expedia credits.
