My 7 y/o son and I recently stayed at " The Reef" Hotel for 10 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and view were really fun and amazing. The hotel was very family friendly, the food and service were really great. I would recommend staying there.

Improvement should be considered as the restaurant & bar area need it, adding a QR code for the menu so it’s easy for the guest to know what to order and what is included in the breakfast along with what we have to pay. I asked for another breakfast options and the waitress keeps denying my request because he said I have to pay for it. I don’t mind paying, but it will be helpful if they provide the guest with a menu. Overall,I have a good experience.

There is no hot water. They just don't believe in it. This would probably be something to disclose on their listing. I asked the front desk and both employees just shrugged it off. One of them said no one asks for hot water. Not according to the reviews, which I should've read before I booked. Lesson learned. Also, if you plan on driving here, the drive way from the main road into the hotel is not paved just gravel and rocks, so be careful. The room is basic as it gets. I guess the pool and view is decent. That's about it.
