We loved the location within La Gran Via. Very close to restaurants and very good breakfast buffet with eggs, pupusas, pastries, fruot, and more. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. We were able to get connecting rooms. Staff was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

It was very unfortunate since I had very high expectations, we lost power about 5 times on our first and only night there. I was actually in the shower and the room got pitch black. The next morning I was ready for a shower and there was no hot water, I called the desk service, they apologized but did nothing about it. Location is great, not sure I would ever stay here again.

Room wasn’t ready at 3:15 pm that we arrived. Receptionist said to wait or come back in 20 minutes. We went to the bar for a drink, at 4:05 I went back to the reception and the receptionist Wes talking to a co-worker, I asked if the room was ready and she said ohhhh let me check, yes is ready, if I hadn’t go ask she wouldn’t have let us know who knows until what time Not staying there again.
