Condo in new and furnished, comfortable conditions, located in Tribeca Condominiums, in an exclusive and safe area, by Villas Mackey Blvd., entrance on 13 NW Street, 1 km from Altara Mall.
It has two bedrooms with king and queen beds, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, air conditioners in bedroom and living room. Smart TV with cable, internet, 24 hour private security and with access control to the elevator. Social area has a gym, pool, jacuzzi, bar, club house, events room and playground.

Apartment is located in a condominium in which there are rules and regulations of conduct that must be respected, including good moral behavior, parties or events are not allowed in the condo.

Restaurants and mini markets are within walking distance. We have 24 hour gated security. If you are not on the guest list, you will not be able to enter the apartments, no exceptions.

The property is very clean and well equipped. It has washer and dryer, iron, extra blankets, dishes, towels etc etc. Communication was excellent. I felt very safe there. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here with my 2 children and it was great. What you see is exactly what you get. It is in a safe neighborhood and gated community. I recommend it. Me and my wife really loved the condo its situated in a very good quiet and safe area there are restaurants around and some of the best food trucks food i ever had. The check-in was very easy , the condo was clean i really recommend this condo.
