The host and crew were very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The condo we stayed in was very roomy and comfortable. There were several maintenance issues that needed attention. The washer and dryer did not work upon arrival but the staff were extremely helpful in getting our laundry done after each day of use, mostly just drying our towels after a long snorkel day. The stove/oven had issues but we had a work around. The microwave quit working on the 2nd to last day of our stay. The water temp and pressure were annoying to deal with but finally just settled for a warm shower and a trickle. The view from the 3rd floor was amazing and very relaxing on the balcony. The beach area is unusable (if you wanted to get into the water). We could have easily given this property a 5 star rating if it were not for the above reason. I will say that the host and staff get the 5 star rating. They did go above and beyond to help us with all the issues that arose. We were informed that the owner had been notified and that those issues were going to be handled as soon as the appliances came in. The air conditioners were also not working in the kitchen in dining area.
