Discover the magic of San Martín de los Andes in our spectacular Vila de Montaña, with impressive views of the Lanin Volcano, Cerro Chapelco and Lake Lacar. Located in Las Pendientes Ski Village just 10 minutes from Cerro Chapelco and 30 minutes from downtown.

The Vila has capacity for 5 people, a super spacious accommodation divided into three rooms: 2 bedrooms, a main one with a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and a secondary bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 people.

It has a wood stove, as well as underfloor heating, a 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube service, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer and kitchen utensils so you can prepare your meals comfortably.

In addition, our complex gives you access to the in & out pool, gym with state-of-the-art equipment and functional barbecue areas with barbecue.

I realise the place is for winter skiers but the place was also not cheap to rent in the summer. The rooms were seedy. Modern but not well kept. Terrible smell of sewage near the entrance which wafted up to our rooms. Heating on full blast. They came and fixed it twice but it still blasted heat all night. Even the water in the cistern was boiling. No air conditioning. Dead flies floating in the pool which needed a good clean.
