Everything was amazing

This adorable unit has everything you need. Its location is perfect for enjoying what The Square has to offer. You are right in the middle of the action, and so many things are within walking distance.

Perfect location, right on the square

This condo is sheek and comfortable. The square offers cute boutiques and restaurants to walk too and enjoy. The Farmers Market was a quaint and offered unique products. I will stay here again when I visit my daughter at college. Thanks for pleasant stay.

Best place in San Marcos

This place is amazing! It’s the most perfect location and more than exceeded my expectations! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again and again! Loved it!

Great location!

Next door unit watched TV all night. It’s unfortunate there isn’t better sound proofing in walls between the units, but that is the only bad thing with our visit. Everything else was top notch, clean, etc. Wonderful!

Checking Out College Town

The location was super! We enjoyed being within walking distance to cool places to eat. The apartment was fantastic! It was clean and updated. It was perfect for us and I would stay there again! Loved it!

Nicely updated and clean w/ a few quirks.

The unit has been updated nicely with comfortable furniture and bedding and bathrooms equipped with basic necessities. We had trouble with the wifi. Very slow and definitely not strong enough to stream anything on TVs. Tried some trouble shooting, but never solved the problem. Parking could be a challenge because of the busy area, but lots of places within walking distance.

Great Location / Clean and Comfortable

Booked this location for Texas State Homecoming weekend. The apartment has clearly been recently renovated and was extremely clean and comfortable. The main living space is cozy but modern and has big windows that let in lots of natural light and lovely views of the city square and courthouse. The location could not be more convenient for getting up to campus or exploring downtown San Marcos. It was also nice having a coffee shop just down the stairs for morning coffee. Each bedroom has its own attached bath. The showers were large with rain shower heads. The counters also provided ample space for makeup and hair accessories. Just be aware this unit is in a busy nightlife area so you will hear noise from cars, people and music from about 10-2 AM on the weekends. We were fully aware of this when we booked so did not have an issue with it. The two bedrooms are towards the back of the unit so the noise level is much lower in there and with playing white noise on my phone, I slept just fine. Overall I was very happy with the booking and will book it again.

Wonderful!

We stayed here to visit our son at Texas State University and were very pleased with the location and comfort of this property. It is so cute and clean, and being on the square was so fun. There is a bit of noise at night but only in the living room and not in the bedrooms while sleeping. The beds were good, and each room has a bathroom which was great! Parking is tricky but the property manager was very helpful and responsive and comes with staying downtown but we worked it out. We will definitely stay here again and loved it!

Great location and property

Very clean, modern. It was so hot outside yet this unit stayed cool. Spacious bedrooms and living room area. Small kitchen, no oven, but still very functional. The only negative was the back stairs to access unit from parking in back. Recommend parking in front if possible. Stairs are easier to navigate. Great location! Would book again!

Local to downtown San Marcos

This property is clean and comfortable. It has all of the necessities we needed and is in the heart of downtown, allowing us to walk to local restaurants, coffee shops and the university. There is some noise and loud music at night from the main street and night life. Property manager is extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Condo on the square

I stayed for graduation of my daughter from Texas State University. The location is convenient to pretty much everything in Sam Marcos. The property is clean , comfortable, and new. There is a far amount of street noise at night in the family room area but not too bad. I would recommend the condo for a family visit of a college student. It’s easier for a family then a hotel becuse of having a kitchen and den area.
