Our family recently stayed at the Country Club Residences at Grand Reserve, and while the space itself was a definite plus—it was spacious and well-equipped to accommodate our entire family, including thoughtful touches for the youngest member—there were several areas that need improvement.First and foremost, safety is a concern. The bottom door that granted access to our condo remained open 24/7, which felt very insecure. Additionally, when returning to the property after a full day out, there were times when the security guard was not at the gate, which was frustrating and concerning.Cleanliness was another major issue. The kitchen area had a noticeable ant problem, making it difficult to prepare meals comfortably. This seems like an issue that could be resolved with routine pest control. The bedrooms and bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and the presence of Christmas décor in June suggested that no one had been in the unit for quite some time. A good dusting and fresh bed linens would have made a world of difference. For the price point, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness and regular housekeeping to be included. Overall, while the unit itself has great potential and worked for our large group, these issues significantly impacted our experience.
