This is an ocean View 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with two parking spots, a balcony and elevator access. This comfortable apartment is located in the Peñamar Beach Club, which has 3 ocean view pools, tennis court, basketball court, a gym, gazebos, and a jogging path. We have a full generator and fast wifi. We are located right next to the catamaran dock to Icacos, Palomino, and Flamenco beach. We are minutes from Seven Seas beach, Puerto Del Rey Marina, and the ferry to Vieques and Culebra.
The apartment is on the second floor, with elevator access from the entrance (3rd floor). Spacious living room with balcony access and a TV. A kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, ricemaker and a full set of kitchenware. Washer/dryer. Master bedroom with a private bathroom and a TV. A bedroom with a queen bed. A bedroom with bunk beds. A balcony with outdoor furniture, great for sunset cocktails.
