If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property.The biggest issue was that essential amenities were not functional during our stay. There was no hot water at any point, and the downstairs bathroom was completely unusable, despite being listed as part of the home. These are not minor inconveniences — they significantly impacted our ability to comfortably stay in the property.There were also multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Linens and towels had an unpleasant odor, some dishes were not clean, and the AC units produced a noticeable smell when used, suggesting they were not properly maintained. The bedrooms also felt very humid.Additionally, the WiFi information provided was incorrect, which required us to spend time troubleshooting, and some listed amenities were not readily available without asking.While the host did respond occasionally, the core issues were never resolved during our stay.After the trip, we attempted to address these concerns, but no meaningful resolution was provided.Overall, this property did not meet basic expectations, and the experience did not reflect what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are fully addressed.
