House with 4 very spacious rooms, newly renovated with great detail, in San Juan town, very well connected and with easy access to the main roads of the city. Less than 2 km from Muchavista beach. Very wide beach with many restaurants, leisure areas, shopping centers. 6 km from Alicante. Next to the house there are large supermarkets, (Mercadona, Carrefour, lidl .....), shopping center with entertainment venues. (bowling, Burguer ....), ice cream shops, restaurants, taperias. Everything very close.
The house has 4 very spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace. Air conditioning cold / heat. Wifi. The house has a swimming pool (currently under renovation). Private Parkin in the Urbanization.
The nearest places are Campello at 3 km, Benidorm at 20 km. Alicante to 6 Km. Places that you can go by car or to make it more attractive there is a tram that travels along the coast watching at all times the great beaches, cliffs. Wonderful views.

Accueil, disponibilité et propre à l'arrivée. La voiture est obligatoire pour visiter la région de Denia à Carthagène, Benidorm... Appartement fonctionnel. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances!

Esta apartamento esta completamente equipado y cumple las expectativas de los viajeros 100%. Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos sentimos super cómodos, por supuesto para la próxima lo volveremos a coger. Calidad- precio excelente.
