Great location

The best part about this condo was its location, perfectly situated steps from the beach, and very close to downtown San Jose. We loved having the bar and mini restaurant menu on site at the pool area, this was a nice unexpected, added feature. The condo was beach walking distance to a few local restaurant, Zippers and El Pescadito, both of which had great food and drinks. Gerardo, the property manager, was extremely responsive and immediately answered any questions we had and took care of any issues we had, which were minor. The only negative we had about this property was that the last bedroom, farthest from the front door, is only separated from the main living area/kitchen by a three paneled sliding wood door so there is no sound barrier at all. If anyone is in the living room/kitchen area everything can be heard from the bedroom or visa-versa. There were very limited loungers at the pool and beach, maybe 10 total, which seems light for the amount of units in this building, so you might need to get/bring your own lounge chairs. Overall this was a great place, clean, quaint, quiet, and great location.

Absolutely perfect

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful! The pool overlooks our favorite surf spot, zippers. Erika was extremely helpful with scheduling transportation and accommodating a pack n play and car seat for our children. I am recommending this place to friends and we will absolutely be back!
