"Only 1 towel in room upon arrival, No ice machine, jacuzzi was kept at 32 C so basically cold, our 2 rooms asked for it to be turned up but they say they could not because of their policy, so basically it was useless, only luke warm. We had a Superior King room and it only had 1 office chair in it, no table and chairs, no couch, so it was difficult for the couples in our 2 rooms to visit each other. Breakfast was ok, they asked what you wanted from a limited maybe 4 options, seemed like only 2 pieces of bacon was standard. There were a few signs in the room if you did this or that they would charge you for it, haven’t seen that before. Rooms a little sterile, with no place for 2 people to sit. "
