10 minutes walk from Padre Pio shrine. Fantastic location. Staff at reception is amazing. Breakfast is very good as well PROS - Walking distance of everything, use the parking - room is super clean - Staff is very welcoming - Great breakfast CONS - Walls are made of paper! I woke up very early because of both neighbours, I would go back again without hesitation.

A good location to explore surrounding areas.

We arrived at San Pio having driven from Naples we received a warm welcome from a male receptionist never found out his name. He spoke very good English and was happy to help. Our room was simply furnished but a good size, clean and comfortable. We did get a parking space in the underground car park but it id challenging getting into it, not suitable for a large car as its down a slope and then you need to turn or reverse in There is street parking.

Nice short stay while visiting Padre Pio. Less than 5 minute walk from the church and bus station. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Clean hotel and good breakfast.

Room was lovely. TV was like computer monitor, (too small) floors were lovely (nicely clean) front desk personal was very accommodating. We took the wrong train, going to Cecile. We were told to get off the train and return to a city call Maratea. They send a taxi to pick us up for 550€ and took us to the hotel. At check out the same taxi driver took us to Naples for 350€ no trains from San Jovani Rotondo, sadly.

Closeness to the San Pio Sanctuary and the Basilica Santa Maria delle Grazie as well as to the bus station. Front desk George was very helpful and spoke English well. He was knowledgeable on the history of San Giovannni.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to the sanctuary, Church and town center. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful and outgoing. The rooms were very clean and the AC worked perfectly. Overall a great stay and definitely would recommend.

Shower was tight and parking was not free

San Pio Hotel was perfectly located within 5 minutes to the main church of Maria delle Grazie. The staff especially Pierre and Asia were very helpful. The room was ideal for couple. The biggest downside was the size of the shower. I am 6ft 200lb person and it was tight in there. If you accidentally drop your bar soup, it will be difficult to pick it up with it's narrow 2ft x 2ft space. Another downer was that the website did not mention that there willbe an additional 12 euros daily charge for parking the car in their premises. I picked this place because of its location and it had parking. I was used to free parking in our previous hotels during my prior 3 visits to San Giovanni.

The front desk attendant was accusing me of losing the room card She wouldn't listen to me when I told her I left it on the counter. She finally found it, but didn't bother to apologize.
