The house consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables, and a mirror. Bed and bath linens are included. The living room has a sofa bed, a table (4/6 seats), and a 24" Smart TV with national and international channels. The fully equipped kitchen is exclusively for your use and includes a refrigerator, sink, four-burner stove, oven, and all the necessary dishes for the number of guests. Adjustable air conditioning in every room. Maximum soundproofing thanks to the latest-generation fixtures, including mosquito nets. The internal bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and a set of towels. The 15 sqm terrace, with spectacular sea views, is equipped with a table and armchairs for 4 people. Dedicated parking for the accommodation and in the shade. The property, over 30,000 sqm, features various types of oaks, olive trees, and native fruit trees (figs, pears, apples, cherries, apricots, mulberries, etc.), an organic vegetable garden for growing seasonal vegetables. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION. Small pets are allowed upon request. A "Concierge Service" is available: a dedicated mobile number at your disposal 24/7 for any information and/or booking of various services. Check-out by 9 am and check-in from 2 pm (for late check-out or early check-in, please check with the Management). Full payment of the stay upon check-in. At the discretion of the Management, a security deposit may be required upon arrival to cover any damages and to ensure that the property is treated with respect.
